Samhain – Halloween night in Keltsko Selo

SAMHAIN – HALLOWEEN NIGHT – Keltsko Selo

Festivals

While everyone else is choosing pumpkins, someone's heading off to the Celts.

On 31 October, Keltsko Selo (Vojvodina) is hosting a themed evening inspired by the Celtic festival of Samhain, the very one Halloween grew out of. That's all the source tells us: the format of the evening and its inspiration. The organisers haven't given the programme, time or price in the announcement, so it's best to check the event page for details.

I'm all for celebrating Halloween at least once not in a bar with cardboard spiders, but somewhere with a genuine Celtic theme. Even if I end up just standing by a bonfire with mulled wine, pretending I know everything about druids 🕯

So what about you: team Samhain, or do you stay on the side of the pumpkins? 👇
