A wedding is when «we've thought of everything» ends at the first item on the guest list.
In Novi Sad on Friday, 13 November, Radnički dom will stage the comedy «Drž’ ne daj» — about the journey from «let's spend our lives together» to the morning after the wedding night. Families meeting, guest lists, choosing the dress, the cake, the music and the venue: all the things that, we like to think, only happen to someone else.
The main question is whether the newlyweds will cope with all the customs and rules «as God intended» and keep the fine line between the pagan and the urban. The text was written by Maja Grgić and Sonja Leštar, the director is Maja Grgić, and on stage are Sonja Leštar, Nataša Bocij, Nikola Ivačkov and others. It starts at 20:00. I'd go just for the recognition factor, how about you?
