The harpsichord — that very instrument that always plays off-screen in films, but here it steps into the spotlight.

From 2 to 8 November, Belgrade hosts the 23rd harpsichord festival. A week of concerts at three venues: the SANU Gallery (Knez Mihailova 35), the Artget gallery (Trg Republike 5/I) and the Josif Slavenski music school (Radoslava Grujića 2a).

The opening is on 2 November at 19:00 at the SANU gallery, with a programme called «Glas koji traje». Next up is Sonja Leipold from Austria, and on 5 November Ottaviano Tenerani arrives from Italy. The same day at 16:30 the music school hosts an interactive concert, «Upoznajte čembalo!», for children both small and big. On 6 November Artget presents an audio release by Milan Popović, and the masterclass participants will perform. The closing is on 8 November: Sofija Perović and Svetlana Stojanović Kutlača.
