Visas, taxes, residence permits: the rules change faster than you can brew a coffee.

This time the invitation isn't to Serbia but a little further south: the Montelibero festival takes place in Bar, Montenegro, on 23–25 October. The talks are about how to depend less on other people's decisions and build an independent life, for individuals and whole communities alike. Expect speakers from Serbia to Antigua, panel discussions on free communities and their alternatives, plus a conversation about AI agents as new participants in the economy: are we ready for them, and are they ready for us?

Day by day: 23.10 — the first Montelibero Club, 24.10 — lectures at the Cube hotel, 25.10 — MTL City. Plus breakfasts, a party and a chance to meet people who build their own thing rather than wait.
